Dixie & Tony at 2008 World
Our Girls
OHF Ambassadors Dixie Belle - AMHA & AMHR registered - 2006 - 30"Black Pinto

In 2008, "Dixie" became our first national level show horse. She started out with a bang, earning enough points to qualify for the World Championship Show in her first class of her first AMHA show!! Thanks to Tony Benvenuto and Janet Lewis of Standing Ovation Miniatures for making her such a success.

Fairway Farms Moonlight Lady - AMHA & AMHR registered - 2005 - 32" Dark Bay
Fairway Farms Shady Lady - AMHA & AMHR registered - 2004 - 32" Sorrel
"Buttons" is the perfect mini to have around the farm.  Her sweet and curious personality makes her the perfect farm ambassador. She always ends up entertaining any children visiting our farm. She will happily stand to be brushed and fussed with for hours or readily let a small child take her through an obstacle course time and time again. She was my first miniature and continues to steal my heart each and every day.
"Shady" is our oldest mare.  This picture really does not do her color justice, she's a stunning rich sorrel.  She has a wonderful habit of adopting the newest horses, especially if they are young foals, so we are not surprised she is a great mom.
Fairway Farms Blue Sahara - AMHA & AMHR registered - 2005 - 33"Smokey Black
"Sahara" is trained to pull a cart and seems to enjoy it immensely. She was born a light palomino color, like her dam, but soon started turning dark like her sire. Her summer coat is a gorgeous dark chocolate brown.  Her changes of color and her love of "strolls" with the cart around the neighborhood are just a couple of reasons why we think this mare is so special.
LR Semis Rags to Riches - AMHA registered  - 2008 - 31" Buckskin Pinto
"Ricka" is a true delight to have on the farm.  She has a very quick mind and a great deal of spirit.  As hoped, her refined conformation and exotic color are reflected in her foals.

Dixie has been retired from the national show circuit, but continues to bring home the blue ribbons at the local shows.
We show Buttons on a local basis, where she recently won the blue ribbon for Solid Color Mares.
We also show Ricka on a local basis. She was the Grand Champion Junior Mare at the 2009 State Fair Miniature Horse Show.

KSB Illusions Promise - AMHA registrated  - 2010 - 32" Dapple Grey
"Promise" has the refined conformation and impressive pedigree I was hoping to add to our farm. Thank you Devin Kuhn, KSB Miniatures, for the opportunity to purchase such a wonderful filly.  She has stolen my heart with her incrediable personality; I cannot seem to stop spoiling her.
Bloodlines include: First Knight, Champion Farms, JSW and Dell Teras.  Her sire is JSW Redis Rebel Illusion, a Reserve World Champion son of First Knights Redi or Not.  Her dam is Champion Farms Midnight Star, a daughter of Lazy N Red Boy.   A power packed pedigree!!

MyArk Amber Illusion - AMHA & AMHR registered - 2016 - 35" Chestnut Pinto
"Amber is our youngest mare and being our only foal for 2016, has enjoyed all the attention without being too spoiled. I was expecting something special from Commander and Promise and was not disappointed.  She has all the best qualities of both her parents.
